Consumer right of withdrawal

Regulations No. 255 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia "Regulations on Distance Contracts" stipulate that the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days and return the goods purchased in the online store to the seller. Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal".

• In order for the right of withdrawal to be observed, it is sufficient to send your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the right of withdrawal - within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the time the goods were handed over to the Consumer or a third party other than the carrier. had indicated as the consignee of the goods.
• If you cancel the purchase, we will refund payments received from you for the goods, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date we were informed of your decision to cancel the purchase.
• Delivery and return costs are non-refundable and are fully borne by the buyer.
• The right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the following cases:

1. There is an open package for the product, which cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
2. The packaging of the goods has been opened and the goods have been used for purposes other than to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of those goods.

• The product must be returned in the original packaging and the buyer must provide appropriate packaging for safe transportation of the product back to the seller bestforkids.lv. The money paid for the product, as well as the delivery fee from the store to the buyer, will be refunded after the return of the product, but not later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the day when bestforkids.lv will be informed about the Buyer's decision to cancel the purchase. Bestforkids.lv reserves the right to withhold payment until the goods have been returned or you have submitted a confirmation that the goods have been returned.
